The Holigan team has developed over 35,000 residential lots over the past 20 years. Locations of past major developments include Texas, Tennessee, Missouri, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, Michigan, and North Carolina.
Chairman - Harold Holigan
Mr. Holigan is the Chairman of Holigan Investment Group. He started in land development in 1980, when at that time he was Sr. Vice President of Operations for Southwestern Bell. Noticing the need for housing for oil field workers in West Texas, Harold started developing subdivisions in Midland Texas. Due to the huge growth of the development business, Harold ended his 21 years at Bell in 1984 to focus on real estate. Twenty years later, Harold has developed over 50,000 lots, founded and owned one of the top 100 volume homebuilding companies in the country, plus created the supply chain collaboration system used by most of the majors in the homebuilding industry. Mr. Holigan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Missouri and is a registered engineer in the states of Missouri and Texas.
Chief Executive Officer - Michael Holigan
Mr. Holigan is CEO of Holigan Investment Group. Michael started his career in real estate working on contracting crews in the early 80s. After graduating from college in 1987, Michael was responsible for developing marketing and sales programs for Holigan Homes to make it one of the top 100 volume homebuilders in the country. In 1994, Mr. Holigan became the host and executive producer of the television series, Your New House and the companion Internet site. In 1995, the television series started a ten year run in national syndication on hundreds of broadcast stations and also was seen broadcast for several years on HGTV and the Discovery Channel. Mr. Holigan received a B.A. degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University.

President - Wally Creel
Mr. Creel is President of Holigan Land Development, Ltd. He oversees developments in Texas and New Mexico. Prior to this position he handled the development for Southfork Development, Ltd with developments in Texas, Tennessee, New Mexico, Missouri, and Colorado. His experience includes both “stick built” and “manufactured home” subdivisions. He was the Chief Operating Officer for Federal Rent-A-Car, Inc., a company with 18 company owned locations and 138 associate memberships. He owned and operated Creel Advertising Concepts, Inc., an advertising company that designed marketing plans for small to mid-sized business. He is a graduate of Chaminade University with a B.G.S. degree in Marketing.
Holigan Financial Group
President - Brady Giddens
Mr. Giddens joined Holigan Financial Group in 2004 as a partner responsible for originating new investment opportunities. He is now responsible for managing all the company’s investment opportunities and asset management activities nationwide. Prior to joining the company he served in various executive and senior management positions at 7-Eleven, Inc. for over 12 years, including management of the company’s proprietary financial services division, Vcom and the stores retail information system, RIS. Mr. Giddens received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
